One of the cookies on my list is the Gobble Biscuit. I finally remembered to take a photo before packaging them all and so this is what they look like:

This is an old family favourite and lovely for a tea time treat. It is a chocolate coconut biscuit with chocolate icing. Fairly easy to make. I sell a bag of 4 of these for R10, but will happily package more or less for you.

These are unfortunately not wheat free, but I’m working on a gluten free biscuit which I’ve had very good feedback about so far.

These would also work as a wedding favour and can be packaged in a box or clear cellophane. Also a great treat for a guesthouse tea tray.
